"Dogs teach us loyalty, trust and unconditional love - let’s honour them with the life they deserve."
This is a free resource.
Before becoming our loyal companions, dogs descended from wolves who thrived in the wild by hunting and scavenging animal-based food sources. They are facultative carnivores, which means they prefer and thrive on meat and their diet consisted mainly of raw meat, bones, organs and even fur. Despite domestication, modern dogs retain a digestive system remarkably similar to their wild ancestors.

A new map for a deeper, multidimensional you.
The 7-chakra system is the most widely recognised energetic map in spiritual, yogic and healing traditions. Rooted in ancient wisdom, it offers a powerful framework for understanding the flow of energy through the human body. But as consciousness evolves, so too do the ways we access and understand the subtleties of our inner world. The 12-chakra system reflects this evolution. It extends the familiar structure into a more complete energetic anatomy – one that includes soul memory, ancestral imprinting, divine connection and deep Earth alignment. This model recognises that we are not simply here to transcend or reach for something beyond. We are spiritual beings choosing to experience life through form – learning to embody our essence across all levels: human, soul and Source. -
The Flow of Love is a natural, life-affirming energy that connects us to ourselves and to others. It nurtures our ability to give and receive love and helps us foster healthy relationships.
Throughout our lives, certain experiences - especially those that occurred in childhood or during emotionally significant moments - can interrupt this natural flow of love. These interruptions do not always stem from major events; often they emerge through subtle patterns emotional neglect, inconsistent affection, criticism or the experience of feeling unseen or misunderstood. Over time, these patterns can quietly shape how someone learns to relate to love, to others and to themselves.
This Wellness Guide invites you to remember and realign with your natural Flow of Love. You are encouraged to explore how early imprints, adult experiences and subtle energetic patterns may have shaped your relationship with love and with life. You can begin to see not only where the movement of love may have become blocked, but also where strength, longing and resilience have quietly endured beneath the surface.
