Never Allow Fear to Decide and Create your Future

Embracing your healing journey is sometimes difficult, especially when Fear is within. If we are hesitant about making a start even though we have been getting signs ‘it is time’ for a while, then Fear is likely present.

Fear manifests in all manner of ways – self-doubt, procrastination, laziness, lack of self-worth, telling us it will be overwhelming and too upsetting or that we don’t know what to do so what’s the point of starting? Oh how we love to put ourselves on hold and find excuses to delay some much needed self-care!

Question – So how do we remove Fear and begin the journey that is offered to us? Answer – Through making a personal choice.

Make the Right Choice

When we make the decision to stop feeding into the Spirit of Fear with our own fears, we no longer give our energy and focus to it and it has nothing to sustain itself. Two things then happen. Firstly we are more power-filled and secondly, fear cannot be present if we give it no place in our lives.

Another way to remove fear is to be in a state of Love. Love is the opposite of Fear. With fear no longer present, this then frees us to move into a different state, where we can simply ‘trust the process’ i.e.:

  • Trust in ourselves
  • Trust in a higher power (Divine/God/Goddess, whatever Divine Source feels right for you)
  • Trust that what is surfacing and requires your energy, focus and compassion, is ready to be healed

Your Unique Healing Journey

Each person’s healing journey is unique and exclusive to them. Yours is unique to you as no-one else has your particular life experiences and this is why it is a journey we must make on our own. It is an inner journey of discovery and healing. This does not mean that we are alone – on the contrary! We have our Higher Self guiding us; our Spirit Allies who we can turn to for advice, guidance, healings and teachings and sometimes we may seek healing through a professional to help support the changes happening in our lives (e.g. reiki, shamanic soul retrieval, homeopathy etc).

You are a co-creator of your experiences, someone embodied with free will. When resistance to your transformation is not present, things flow much smoother because change is sought and welcomed. In the process, you give yourself permission to allow new insights, gifts, knowledge and wisdom to come to you.

Be kind to yourself as you adapt to the changes that will come into your life. Some changes you implement may be exactly what are right for you straight away e.g. setting a boundary with someone or setting an energetic boundary. Others may require some tweaking as you discover what works for you and what does not.

Everything you do offers opportunities to learn and shape positive changes in your life; and who you are now is the best person to guide and support who you are becoming.

Let come what comes.  Let go what goes.  Then see what remains.”
