Your home should feel like a place of rest, nourishment and support – but when energy becomes stagnant, heavy or disrupted, it can affect every part of your life. Just as we cleanse and care for our bodies, it is equally important to clear the energy in the spaces where we live.

Emotional residue from arguments, stress, grief or trauma can linger in the environment and absorb into the walls, objects and land itself. Older properties, homes with a history of conflict or loss, and houses built on disturbed land may also hold energetic imprints or discarnate spirits. Over time, this can manifest as unease, fatigue, poor sleep, emotional tension, or a general sense that something is “off”.

House and land balancing aims to support a return to energetic harmony within your space, helping to create an environment that feels clearer, lighter and more settled. Whether you are moving into a new home, navigating the after-effects of a difficult event, or simply sensing that something feels off, this work is intended to assist in re-calibrating and refreshing the energetic atmosphere of your home and surrounding land.

My Services

This is an intuitive, shamanic dowsing healing session. The energy clearing will be carried out privately by me. Depending on the size of the property and the level of clearing required, a typical family home and surrounding garden can take up to five hours. We will meet on Zoom beforehand so you can share any concerns about the property and I can let you know what I need from you.  After the work is complete, we will meet on Zoom again, where I will provide feedback on what was found and addressed.

Please note: the listed fee covers an average-sized property. For larger spaces, additional time may be required and the fee will be adjusted accordingly. If your property is larger or unusual in layout, please contact me before booking so I can confirm the appropriate fee.

In order to dowse your property, please have permissions in place from any other occupants (young children excluded) as I will be unable to dowse without these so any other adults who live there, please explain to them about the work and ask their permission for it to be done. If you rent, then you do not need permission from the property owner, just the adult occupants.
