Everything around us is energy – from our thoughts, actions and physical bodies, to our cars, homes, possessions, food and drink, land and trees etc. Just as we maintain and cleanse our own bodies so they function well, it is also important to cleanse the spaces around us where we spend most of our time. Energy can become stale and stagnant and toxic energies, from emotional outbursts such as frustration, anger and fear, can linger in a space and be absorbed within the surrounding areas. Discarnate spirits can also inhabit spaces, especially in older houses, converted office buildings or on land where traumatic events have occurred.
Blocked energy within a home or business can cause:
- Anxiety, unease
- Lack of focus and energy
- Mental and emotional stress
- Conflict or lack of harmony in relationships
- Sleep disorders
- Ongoing health issues
- Negative thinking or forgetfulness
- Headaches and migraines
- Business problems or lack of prosperity in a home
- Diminishment of happiness and joy
- Blockages in creativity
A home would benefit from a clearing e.g.:
- following a separation or divorce between occupants
- following the death of someone who lived in the home, particularly if they died there too
- when a new home is purchased and you would like the energies of the old occupants to be cleared
- if someone has difficulty sleeping or feels uneasy in a particular part of the house
- if rooms feel heavy and cold
A business would benefit from a clearing e.g.:
- if staff are uneasy and there is tension
- if the work area just feels off and you are unable to feel comfortable there
- if things just do not seem to work out with your business ideas
- if there is a lack of creativity etc

House & Land Balancing
This is an intuitive, shamanic, dowsing, healing session. I will work in sacred space and do the energy clearing privately. Depending on the size of the property and the amount of clearing required, a typical family home and surrounding area can take 2-3 hours plus we will meet on Zoom before and after I do the work.
Floorplan and Google Map
Please supply me with the following documents for the house and land you wish me to work on. If the property is a business, please adapt the following accordingly :
- Floorplan – if the building has multiple floors, provide a separate sheet for each floor.
- indicate on the floorplan where there are any of the following:
- hearths/fireplaces (even if blocked up)
- mirrors
- toilets
- baths and showers
- sinks
- where the beds are located (indicate location of pillows so I know where your head is when sleeping)
- stairs (if multiple floors)
- if you have an attached garage include that in the plan. If the garage is detached and separate from the property, just put it on a separate sheet
- if the property has a name, write this at the top of the page; if it has a street address write this at the top of the page
- indicate on the floorplan where there are any of the following:
- Google Map
- to include your property boundary and
- also the extended landscape of where your property is. If there are any features in the landscape near the property that you feel may be important try and include them in your map e.g.
- crossroads
- overhead cables for electricity or phone
- stream/river
- flight path
- pub, church, meeting hall, hospital, busy shops
- as an example, with my own home there are two crossroads close by so I included these in the google snapshot of the area; there was also a pylon running over part of the garden and the septic tank for the house is in the adjacent field so again I included the field and pylon
- if the property has a name, write this at the top of the page; if it has a street address write this at the top of the page
In order to dowse your property, please have permissions in place from any other occupants (young children excluded) as I will be unable to dowse without these so any other adults who live there, please explain to them about the work and ask their permission for it to be done. If you rent, then you do not need permission from the property owner, just the adult occupants.
If the property is a business space, the business owners will need to give permission for the work to be done and if the building space is rented, permission is not needed from the property owner.
Please scan both floorplan and Google map and email them to me. It would be helpful if you could also provide a Google map link so I can view it myself on Google maps and check features in the surrounding landscape.
All work that is done will be for your highest good and the highest good of all. This is the foundation of the work we will do.
Zoom
Initially we will meet on Zoom for a brief talk so you can tell about any issues at the property and following receipt of the floorplan and Google map, I will then do the clearing work privately. Once this is done, we will then schedule a further Zoom meeting so we can review what was found and cleared. I will scan the floorplan and map I have used, which will contain my findings, and I will furnish you with a copy of these too. In preparation for our time together you will need:
- A good internet connection
- A device with a decent sized screen such as a laptop or tablet is ideal. If you only have a mobile phone that will work though your viewing screen will be smaller. Whichever device you are using, it should have a front-facing camera
- A quiet room, where you will not be interrupted
Fee
£199 / up to 4 hours for a standard home (c. 4 bedroom).
For larger properties, farmhouses, farm land and businesses this price will be reviewed as the amount of time and work involved will increase.
