This is a 2-day online class via Zoom intended to support participants in learning how to maintain personal boundaries through good Energy Hygiene and Psychic Protection practices.

As with our physical hygiene, energy hygiene and psychic protection are equally important though often overlooked until we notice something is not right in our lives. We cleanse our bodies and care for our physical appearance, generally presenting ourselves in such a way as to convey all is good, but on an energetic and metaphysical level things may be quite different and we may be struggling with challenges that creep up on us over time or can hit us like a lightning bolt – all because our energy fields are compromised.
Often, when we notice something is ‘off’, it can relate to a shortfall in our self-care, particularly in relation to boundaries we have in place that are poorly maintained or we are lacking boundaries where there should be some. An example is when we find ourselves in repeat situations of subtle or distinct manipulation by others whose expectations and demands on us are a struggle to meet. The issue here though is not about others taking advantage of us, it is about us giving our power away and allowing it to happen.
Boundaries are an essential part of our well-being. They protect the inner core of our identity, our sovereignty as a Soul incarnate, and our right to make choices for our highest good. They also require self-awareness and accurate communication not just with the external world but with the Self so we are authentic and our integrity is not compromised.
Lack of self-care and poor energy hygiene can also leave us vulnerable to psychic attack where we are detrimentally affected by people’s harmful thoughts and actions and any other energies they may send our way (spell-casting, curses etc). We may also be at risk to attacks from other forms of non-human energies, all of which may result in physical, emotional and mental health conditions like:
- Low energy levels (unexplained tiredness/lethargy)
- Bouts of ill-health
- Low self-esteem
- Being fearful and anxious
- Thoughts in a loop (often negative)
- Spate of bad luck
- Accident prone
- Agreeing to do, or not do things that make you feel uncomfortable
- Inability to express yourself in the way you would like
- Not feeling whole, like something is missing
- Repeat/addictive patterns of behaviour that are not in your best interests
- Nausea (for no reason)
- Difficulty sleeping
- Changes in personality
When you create and maintain the right boundaries for you – and honour them – you send a clear message to others to honour them too and when this happens there is a dynamic shift in how people view and interact with you thus contributing to self-respect and self-empowerment.

These teachings are held via Zoom. In preparation for our time together you will need:
- A good internet connection
- A device with a decent sized screen such as a laptop or tablet is ideal. If you only have a mobile phone that will work though your viewing screen will be smaller. Whichever device you are using, it should have a front-facing camera
- A quiet room, where you will not be interrupted
